Working Principle:
The green bricks output by the cutting machine are transported to the receiving station → the brick splitting mechanism completes the brick splitting → the clamping plate descends and clamps the whole set of brick blanks → the machine is lifted and the trolley moves to the top of the kiln car → the clamping plate rotates to achieve cross-shaped joints → the brick blanks are lowered and released, and the clamping plate is released and reset; the brick blanks are stacked layer by layer in a cycle to complete the brick stacking operation of the entire kiln car.
